It’s just a few weeks short of a year since the first (and last) time I tried my hand at making homemade Chicken Tikka Masala. Although I knew I’d try preparing it again, I certainly wasn’t in a hurry until I found a recipe I could trust. A few weeks ago one of my favorite blogs to follow, Chew Out Loud posted a recipe of Chicken Tikka Masala. The pictures were beautiful, the recipe was easy to follow and didn’t include 7 teaspoons of salt. It was a sign. The time was now and this recipe was IT! 🙂
First stop, my local spice shop to pick up some Garam Masala. Any excuse really to stop by and take in the sweet aroma of vanilla sugar. Heavenly. I absolutely love perusing the spice shop, stopping to smell all the different spice mixes and picking up something new (Shallot Salt was this visits lil’ splurge) but I always leave feeling like I’m on the verge of sneezing!
This recipe was not only easy to follow but SUPER delicious!! I highly recommend heading on over to Chew Out Loud and check out her recipe for Chicken Tikka Masala! You wont be disappointed!!
Yay!! Your dish looks so delish, and so happy you liked 🙂
Thank you, it was DELICIOUS!! I’ll definitley be making it again! Thank you again for sharing your recipe! 🙂
