Looking for a slammin’ appetizer for your holiday gathering? Look no further! I got you covered! These Stuffed Mushrooms are (as the kids these days would say), da bomb!!! Not to mention super easy to prepare!
This recipe is courtesy a family friend who attended a gathering at my parents house a few years back with a tray full of these bite sized pieces of heaven! Well, they’re not really bite sized per say – but you get the idea! We had quite a few other guests request the recipe in the days that followed. They are that flippin’ amazing!!! They’re perfect for potlucks, appetizers, game day snacks… you name the event, these stuffed mushrooms are sure to be a crowd-pleaser!!! 🙂

5 Bacon Slices, crispy

Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions & bacon together. After browning and draining the sausage, add to cheese mixture. Put mixture in mushroom caps. Top with fresh, finely shredded parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
