BBQ Chicken!

A boisterous shout out to the makers of “We’re Talkin’ Serious” Bone Suckin’ Sauce, BBQ sauce!! OH MMM GEE this stuff is delicious! Bone suckin’ delicious!! This sauce is all natural, fat-free and gluten-free! I don’t actually like BBQ sauce, however this isn’t your usual thick and over-powering BBQ sauce. Bone Suckin’ Sauce has a thin consistency, similar to that of a glaze.

“We’re Talkin’ Serious” Bone Suckin’ Sauce!

Rated #1 by Newsweek, Food & Wine, House & Garden and A+ Health Magazine, I picked up a jar of the hot Bone Suckin’ Sauce from my local Raley’s. You could see the red pepper flakes in the sauce. I seasoned boneless, skinless chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. I grilled the chicken a few minutes on each side, and then I started brushing the BBQ sauce on with every turn over. I honestly couldn’t tell you if the kick was from the sauce or the cayenne. But what I can tell you was I absolutely LOVED how the chicken turned out! Every bite flavorful with a spicy and slightly sweet kick, yet not drippin’ with sticky-thick BBQ sauce. Mmmmmm!!

The chicken was even better the next day. I served it up cold in a sandwich on focaccia with fresh avocado and horesradish cheese. Delightful!

Check out Bone Suckin’ Sauce‘s website for their other products and locations that carry their products. I don’t suggest doing an internet search for them however, you may find yourself on websites that have nothing to do with BBQ sauce! 😉
